Deposit - To confirm your reservation, a credit card
number is required or a deposit is required within seven (7) days from
the date the reservations are made.
Cancellation - If a cancellation notice is received 72 hours prior
to 12:01 a.m. on the reservation date there will be no charge unless it
is a holiday period or a multiple room booking. If last minute
cancellation is necessary,and we can re-book the room the same applies. A
$25.00 fee will be assessed for all cancellations during a holiday period
and for each room of a multiple room booking. A no-show is just plain
rude and will be charged the entire amount of the reservation!
Children and Pets - Although exceptions have been made during
midweek & slow periods, our normal policy for children is that we
cannot accommodate children under the age of six out of respect for the
guest experience of others. Regarding pets however, we do have one room
which is secluded from the other rooms and we are therefore able to
accomodate some pets for an additional $10.00 per night. Pet space is
limited to that room and out of respect for other guests an OVERLY NOISY
PET IS NOT WELCOME!
